Tube Feeders Inc. has designed and built many custom feeders and custom component transport and handling systems.We specialize in feeding components from extruded plastic magazines (rails or tubes). We have a reputation for successfully designing projects that other companies did not quote.

Feeding systems include feeders for feeding:

as well as a multitude of common connectors, relays, IC’s, headers, pins, etc. We build feeders that remove the components from the tubes by gravity, pusher, or vibration, or by the operator pouring the components out of the tubes and into the feeder. To transport components to a pick-up location we use "pushers", shuttles, conveyors, and vibrators.

Our design engineers use Autocad computer aided design (CAD) software. Detailed drawing and bills of materials are made for all projects and digitally stored.
